Founding Director

Shirley Tracy - Founding Director Red2Green Shirley Tracy, has had 20 years of project management and human resource development experience.  Her passion is for achieving a return on investment in performance management and training for her client organisations. 

A tertiary qualification in training and development, coupled with her experience, enables Shirley to assist organisations (including boards) to effect measurable and desired change through human resource structures and systems.

Paul Spackman - Business Transformation Specialist Using his accumulated business experience and wisdom, Paul assists companies that are under some degree of stress. Assignments can be short or medium term and across a range of areas, that report to a business manager, CEO, Directors or owners.

While an initial strategic and process driven business review is undertaken, the proposed solutions are individually developed for each business.

Since 1987, assignments have included business recovery, change management, business restructuring, debt recovery, mergers, acquisitions, amalgamations and liquidations. Business areas have included companies in agriculture, horticulture, furniture and property, in both international and domestic markets.

An effective, versatile, strategic and practical leader with a wide range of demonstrated success in a variety of functions and fields whose skills and experience include: leadership, governance, change management, advocacy, strategy and policy development, project management, sales, marketing management, negotiations and communications.

Paul is a goal driven leader and strategist who makes things happen. He has very well developed problem solving skills, is unflappable and positive in facing difficult problems and has very high ethical and integrity standards.


HUGH OAKLEY-BROWNE

Hugh Oakley-Browne - Red2Green AssociateHugh has more than thirty years experience as a Human Performance specialist partnering with international organizations to improve human performance at all levels through evidence based interventions and solutions. Hugh is known for his competence in Mega based strategic planning, enterprise needs assessment, human system design, leadership development based on Emotional Intelligence, instructional design and the facilitation of team development at all levels.

Hugh has worked on human performance system research projects with the USA, NZ and Australian Defence departments. Hugh works in alliance with leaders in Human Performance Technology; Margo Murray on mentoring process design, Roger Kaufman on Mega based strategic planning and Bob Mager for Criterion Referenced Instruction (CRI)
Hugh is a Vietnam Veteran and past member of the New Zealand Special Air Service (NZSAS). He has worked in a variety of Asian countries on cross cultural projects to improve human performance. He has co-authored a book
Strategic Planning For Success, Aligning People Performance and Payoffs.

Hugh is the founding director of Oakley-Browne Associates Limited (OBA). The mission of OBA is '' Evidence Based Human Performance  Improvement''


GRANT AMOS

Consulting Psychologist

Grant Amos - Consulting Psychologist Grant holds degrees in Sociology and Psychology from Canterbury University, and brings over 26 years of experience to Red2Green.  As well as operating a private practice, Grant is very focused on the correct implementation of psychometric tools in human resource activities from recruitment to performance management.  He provides the hard data that enables measurable change to be achieved.  

Grant retains membership of the Occupational Division of the New Zealand Psychological Society. Grant's client base stretches from the airline industry, through to producer organisations, CRI's, manufacturers, and high customer contact clients.
