I have a person who is a poor performer, how can I change this?

Have you identified why they are not performing or even if they are the problem? Maybe they are not clear on your expectations of them or they don’t have the resources to do the job.

Are there other problems in your workplace that would lead you to conclude that they are trying to work in an unhelpful culture?
